The Edna Valley appellation produces very distinctive Syrah grapes that result in wines of both sophistication and elegance.. This wine has a distinctive Syrah character- white pepper, plum, smoke, and blackberry notes. This wine was carefully aged in new and one year old French oak barrels in order to limit the influence of oak, and to allow its complex fruit notes to stand out. These aromas are perfectly aligned with the wine's beautiful structure and soft mouth feel.
