Age of Vines: 25 years Varietal Composition: 60% Torrontes – 40 % Chardonnay Harvest Date: February 2010 Harvested manually at the Finca in 18 kilogram plastic boxes. Fermented in stainless steel tanks for a period of nine days at an average temperature of 68F. Tasting notes This bi-varietal blend has well defined floral aromas typical of torrontes mixed with apple and pear notes rom the chardonnay. In the palate it shows tangerine and peaches mixed. Good acidity. Solid finish.
