Wine Review: This light yellow colored Chard opens with a light lemon bouquet with notes of oak detected as well. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, well balanced, and creamy. The flavors are a very very tasty light lemon with notes of integrated minerals and green apple. The finish is dry, tingly, and very refreshing. This Chard would pair perfectly with halibut stuffed with crab meat or a rich seafood casserole.
