BERKSHIRE MOUNTAIN ETHEREAL GI
This limited edition gin undergoes a recipe change with each hand-crafted batch. Infused with 14 botanicals, it first appeared in 2007 and comes from the Berkshire Mountain Distillers in Great Barrington, Massachusetts. It's the first distillery in that town since Prohibition. Water from deep inside a granite mountain on the Appalachian Trail is used to balance the liquor and regional materials are used for flavor. The result contains vivid aromas of eucalyptus, honey, and fruit with bold flavors of juniper, pepper, and dried spice.
