The wine is drinking perfectly now, although it is capable of further cellaring. Very deep brick red colour, showing signs of bottle age. Perfumed nose of cedar, truffle and spice. The palate flavours are generous and show a degree of complexity. Flavours of cedar, spice and blackcurrant are layered over a stewed fruit background. Fine grained tannin, dry, followed by an aftertaste of mint, spice, blackcurrant and cedar.
